If you prefer a contactless visit, we have several options:

Onsite visit with no physical contact: “Standard Best Practice” Covid-19 Precautions are used. Technician wears face mask, safety glasses, gloves. Shared indoor spaces are avoided if possible. Homeowner or system operator can receive photos, progress, updates, and make payment via phone.

Video Visit: Use your cellphone or your laptop to take pictures or video and we can help you understand and troubleshoot your system remotely. Live Video calls can be scheduled to view the system or parts that aren’t working. Show us what it’s doing when it’s doing it, or not doing it. With your help we can advise on recommended service, changes, or upgrades.
